Shmebulysses Q. Locke III or simply Shmebulock is a wall-eyed gnome who operates Norman's left leg. He usually wears a pointy light red hat, a blue shirt, and a shaggy gray beard, mustache, buck teeth, and crooked gray eyebrows. Shmebulock seems to be a bit absent-minded and senile, but also it was revealed that he is actually quite intelligent even though can't share his knowledge.
